RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # BLD20171295
NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 9304 192ND ST. SW
Dear Joseph,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
continue with my review, please address the following comments in a cover letter and through
the submittal of updated plans with changes called out:
1. Flag lot: On the Site Plan, update the BSBLs to be 10' from all property lines since the
parcel is a flag lot and so has all side setbacks.
2. Vegetation Management Plan: This parcel is subject to the vegetation management
plan approved in the associated short plat. On the Site Plan, hatch and label the area
on Lot 2 that corresponds with the required landscaped area (shown on Sheet L-1 of
the approved civil plans in PLN20160012). Going forward, the native vegetation plan
must be implemented prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
Make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
(8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesdays only). If you have any questions, please contact me
