During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Addresses- Previous reviews had the addresses of 9005 / 9007 - 196 St SW reversed. 9007 is the
front (south) lot, and 9005 is the rear (north) lot.
Access- Per Jeanie McConnell's email (attached), access to the SFR must be either from the
shared drive per the underlying short plat, or the short plat itself must be redone to alter the allowed
access for the proposed SFR.
Reviews- Since the rear lot (9005) is unaffected, engineering will move forward in reviewing that
permit (BLD20070860). Once found acceptable, we can sign off on the permit pursuant to your
decision whether to redo the short plat, or'flip'the floor plan of the front SFR.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. You
may contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.

Duane,
I have discussed the driveway configuration with Jen Machuga and Duane Bowman and unfortunately since the short plat
is recorded already there is no easy way to flip the driveway for the front lot to the west side of the property. You would
have to reapply for a new short plat showing the separate access and go through the whole short plat process again.
Please feel free to contact Jen if you have any questions on the subdivision process/fees. As far as the review of the SFR,
Engineering will wait for a resubmittal showing access off the shared driveway and/or direction from you as to whether or
not you intend to go through with a new subdivision.
