We have received your Landscaping Plan and it is currently under review.
We wanted to bring to your attention that your Permit Applications expire on April 18,
2003. There are outstanding issues from the Engineering and Building Departments that
have not been addressed on your plans. I am enclosing a copy of the plan review
corrections from both Engineering and Building sent May 12 and May 17, 2002. Please
submit 2 sets of revised plans addressing ALL correction items on the enclosed comment
letters no later than March 14, 2003 ib allow for review time and response.
According to Edmonds Community Development Code Chapt 19.G�.�)1-11
applications are only valid for a period of 180 days unless a written request for extension
is submitted to the Building Official for a total period of one year. Our records indicate
that you have already received an additional 180 days for this application and no further
extensions can be granted. This application must be approved and t ' he permit issued
PRIOR to April 18, 2003 or ALL new fees will have to be paid to continue the review
process.
