covenant upon said premises In compliance with Section 19.00.040 of the Edmonds
Community Development Code. VVFIrNESSETH, that for and in
consideration of the promises, the above named owners do hereby declare and grant to
the City of Edmonds as Grantee the foilowing restrictive covenant, to -wit:
That at the time of the execution of this Covenant the Grantors have agreed to the
