If the trench drains will be draining areas that currently pool water that would otherwise not be
directed into the stream, the detention system needs to "oversized" to compensate for the additional
flow to Northstream. An estimate of the water flow into this trench drain system from both the
subject property and the property to the south for the 2, 10, and 1 00-year storm events needs to be
added to the flows used in sizing the detention system. The site must NOT discharge additional
runoff for the design storm events from the proposed discharge point along the north property line.
