A permanent easement 10.00 feet in width, lying 5.00 feet on each side of the sanitary side sewer as
constructed, for the operation and maintenance of sanitary side sewer and appurtenances over, under,
across through and upon the GRANTOR'S property (Parcel 1) first hereinabove described.
When necessary to maintain, repair and/or reconstruct any side sewer pipeline and appurtences located
upon or within the easement right of way hereinabove described, the GRANTEES shall have the right of
entry for such purposes, provided that when such entry is necessary, any such activity shall be performed
in workmanlike manner with all reasonable haste and the premises shall be restored to its previous
condition as soon as is reasonably possible, with the costs of any such activity and/or restoration being
borne by said GRANTEES.

This instrument supersedes and replaces that certain "easement' for installation, operation and
maintenance of a sanitary sewer line recorded under Auditor's File Number 2091059, records of
Snohomish County, Washington.
This instrument shall be a covenant running with the lands hereinabove described and is binding upon the
owners of such lands, their heirs, successors and assigns, forever.
