We have reviewed your request for a driveway slope waiver at the above address and provide the
following determination, pursuant to Chapter 18.80.060D of the Edmonds Community

Development Code. Based on our field observations, part of your neighbor's driveway

encroaches onto your property, and the grade of that driveway is approximately 20%. Because
the adjacent driveway is already established, adjusting it to meet your maximum grade of 14%
would place an unexpected financial burden on your neighbor. In order to avoid such a burden,
