Regardless, staffhas made the following determinations and alternatives for compliance:
Use space IT as the container and recycling area. If you choose this space/area the City will not z
require that the container(s) be enclosed however, you will be required to submit a revised parking lot
plan for City review and approval. Note, containers shall not block required stair access or landings. Z,
Use space I and the striped aisle as the container and recycling area and relocate the two required 9
barrier free parking spaces to spaces F, E or 7. Each ofthese spaces would have to be enlarged to a 0
