Background Information & Corrective Action Required: On 10/21/04, Best Contractor on behalf of
Firdale Market submitted a pennit application to Eoair/re-build the damaged storage area. This pennit
has not been issued and the work is 100% complete. The corrective action required is to respond to
outstanding Building Division comments dated 11/29/04, submit a contractors bid for the work, remit
any outstanding permit fees, obtain the required pen -nit and call for inspection.
Correction is Required no later than: 5:00pm_(time) February 17, 2005 (date)
If correction is not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the violation continues.

corrections or clarifications are still needed. Please submit 2 sets of engineered plans and calculations
addressing these items to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator by 4:00 pm, March 7, 2005 to avoid
issuance of a Notice of Civil Violation, including fines of $100 per day.
1) The plans submitted for the reconstruction of the storage structure do not meet conventional
construction, therefore the structure must be designed and stamped by a State licensed
Professional Engineer showing compliance to the 2003 I13C.
