We are pleased to submit our report for the above reference project. Thank you for the

opportunity to perform this evaluation. The purpose of this project was to perform a sti ctural
evaluation of the roof support structure for the proposed addition to the Gustafson residence. We
have completed the structural evaluation and have found the roof structure to be satisfactory.
The calculations performed in conjunction with this evaluation are attached to this report in
Appendix A. Accordingly, the drawings for the proposed roof structure have been signed and
sealed, and are attached to this report in Appendix B. It must be noted that the professional
rt structure and not
engineering seal affixed to the attached drawings only applies to the roof suppo
to any other items depicted on the drawings. Any changes to the proposed roof structure should be
reviewed by this office.
