As we discussed this morning, I would like to be granted an ECDC 20.15B.040.2 Critical Areas 0
Exemption to remodel my kitchen. I am proposing to cut a small square into the middle of the n
lower floor's existing 14' x 16' x 4" concrete grade slab to provide a new footing and plinth that

would support a new post and beam to allow the kitchen on the upper floor to extend
uth of the existing bridge. The proposed 18" square x 10" deep footing 0

would be the extent of the earthwork required to complete the project. The existing slab along C CD
