Our response to each comment is shown below in bold. GENERAL 1. Submit side sewer permit application. This has been submitted by the property owner. 2. This requires a review, please submit as soon as possible. A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed stormwater facilities for the project. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to the city. Ensure the stormwater covenant meets Snohomish County Record Drawing requirements. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit issuance. Prior to construction, final location of facilities are to be verified (by field inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded. Noted. 3. There is a side sewer easement that benefits Lot 2 across Lot 1. Show all private easement information for this lot only within the plan set submittal. Noted. TESC 4. Construction entrance is to protect the right of way from debris. It should be located at the entrance of the short plat on Lot 3. The area where the construction entrance is shown now is proposed to have pervious pavement. Outline the area and make note that heavy equipment should avoid the area as much as feasible. Show construction entrance on the plans and incorporate and reference New City standard details. It has been moved north to be away from the permeable pavement area. 5. Add around pervious pavement area. Orange protective barrier fencing shall be placed at the drip line of trees to remain and around areas proposed for low impact development techniques, such as rain gardens, infiltration systems, etc., to protect the area from compaction. Orange protective fencing has been added to infiltration BMP's and around trees. ET'IDM 6. Note on C3 states footing drains discharge into surrounding soil. Please show where this is going to happen. Show where the footing drains will discharge, Footing drain discharge location has been shown on the plans. Thank you for your time and assistance in the review of this project.
