repeatedly attempted to contact you for the purpose of scheduling an inspection. You y z
have also been advised that the next step in the City's enforcement process is to issue aco
Notice of Civil Violation and assess fines.

The City is hesitant to use the Notice and assess fines but if the home owner ignores City _
requests or simply chooses not to communicate, the City has no other option but to

continue the standard .enforcement process (which is to issue a formal Notice of Civil r

Violation and impose fines of $100.00 per day). Please be advised once the Notice of N `
Violation is issued fines are immediately assessed and are in effect until the violation is r z 0
