Enclosed please find a copy of reports prepared by the State Department of Labor & Industries O
Electrical and Manufactured Home -Divisions, and the City Fire Department, of noted electrical, c .�
manufactured home and fire code violations. Due to the nature and extent of the violations r m �'
immediate action must .be taken by all the affected pad owners. In order to assure your timely. 0'`
compliance in correcting these items on your home, an Order to Correct Violation Notice is
enclosed which includes noted Building Code violations. The Order is the first step in the City's c -�
Civil Penalty process whereby compliance to the codes shall be secured.:
