rail sections. I appreciate your response. Unfortunately a fence permit is still required for your fence in the _. m t;
s critical area or its buffer. As you know, I am charged with enforcing the Edmonds Community m z
3 Development Code (ECDC)'which is clear on the permit requirements. Since,a critical areas determination C _
has already been completed, the cost of your permit would total $65.00. - > Z
For your reference, the ECDC -addresses fence construction in a Critical Area as follows:
