associated with installation of your gas hot water heater. The City has attempted to contact you,

for the purpose of scheduling an inspection. You have also been advised that the next step in the
Cit 's enforcement process is to issue a Notice of Civil Violation and assess fines.

The City, is hesitant to use the Notice and assess fines but if the home owner ignores City

requests or simply chooses not to communicate, the City has no other option but to continue the
