EVALUATIONS
A wall between units has recently been removed to combine two apartment units into:one living
unit. This modification is comrnon for both buildings B & C, no modification where made to
building A. I inspected the property on November 17, 2004 and evaluated the wall to be a non -
bearing element of the building. Now that.the structures have been ftirther completed, my z
