EVALUATIONS
A wall between units has recently been removed to combine two apartment units into, one living
unit. This modification is common for both buildings B & C, no modification where made to
building A. I inspected the property on November 17, 2004 and evaluated the wall to be a non 0—w
bearing element of the building. Now that the structures have been f�rther completed, my

original assumptions are confirmed. The removed walls have not impacted the overall integrity
of the building structure.
