A wall between units has recently been removed.to combine two apartment units into one living
unit. Thismodification is common for both buildings B & C, no modification where made to
building A. I inspected the property on November 17, 2004 and evaluated the wall to be a non
bearing element of the building. Now thatthe structures have been ftirther completed, 'MY
