EVALUATIONS
A wall between units has recently been removed to combine two apartmentunits into. one living
unit. This modification is common for both buildings B & C, no modification where made to
building A. I inspected the property on November 17, 2004 and evaluated the wall to be a non -
bearing element of the building, Now that the structures have been ftirther completed, my
original assumptions are confirmed. The removed walls have not impacted the overall integrity
of the building structure. M
