On a side note, the landlord has been in contact with the City and has indicated that her ► �'
responsibility regarding the electrical code violations,• end at the.pole. It is her position
that from the pole to the house is the tenant's responsibility. If this is not your z
understanding you should meet with her directly to resolve. Given this, the City would
also expect that all associated electrical state code violations for• Space 1, would also be m .
resolved by July 21, 2005.

enclosed which includes noted Building Code violations. The Order is the first step in the City's
Civil Penalty process whereby compliance to the codes shall be secured.
