The entire length of rockery does not run parallel to the new garage and driveway as shown on the site plan dated 11/3/06. The site plan should show the driveway and planting strip as it will be on site, at final project approval. The rockery is to be shown in plan view (looking down on it from above) and therefore only one rock row should be shown for each tier. I thought I remembered one more tier closer to the house, but maybe I am mistaken. 2.Provide actual dimensions from the corners of the garage to the rockery. 3.Provide actual dimensions from the gravel and asphalt driveway to the rockery. Again, this is the actual dimension that will be verified on site at final project approval. Ensure the asphalt and gravel driveway is no closer to the rockery than a distance equal to the height of the rockery. 4.Provide actual heights of the rockery from finished grade to the top of the rockery. Provide in several locations along the rockery as the actual height varies. 5.The site plan provided is not to scale and should be no smaller than 1” = 20’. It is becoming more difficult to read as changes are being made. Please provide a new site plan that even if not to scale is sized no less than 1”=20’.
