One thing led to another, and I never stopped long enough to think about the proper course of action that I should have taken. Unfortunately, in my mind, I neglected to recognize that as my scope grew much larger than originally intended, I would also need to apply for a construction permit. I also talked to one of your planners to discuss property line set -back ordinances and overhang allowances. She also was very friendly and helpful, and discussed with me what the Site Development Standards were for an RS-8 Sub -District Residence. My intention at this point is to submit the Construction Permit Application, all associated Plan Sets and Details, in addition to any other paperwork required no later than April 8, 2005. 1 trust this will be an acceptable timeline, and fall within your normal standards for this type of situation.
