The overall site contains portions of slopes greater than 15% (less than 50%).
Some of the slopes are natural in origin,. and some are obviously the result, of historic
earthw(irk and associated. road g rading fill activities.
Visual evaluation of the property reveals no,evidence of geotechnical distress: no
sides, no soil tension cracks, nor any evidence of erosional degradation.
