Dear Ms. Anderson:
According to City permit records, Bel -Red Heating obtained a permit on your behalf to replace a gas
furnace in the basement of your business "Grow With Us Dayeare" located at 21313 80 Avenue West
in Edmonds. The City has repeatedly attempted to contact you as well as your contractor to request an
inspection of the furnace as required by the State adopted International Mechanical Code. Please be
advised inspection is required to ensure that no life -safety violations exist and that the installation is
per manufacturer's specifications.
Therefore, the City must insist that you, as the property owner, call to schedule for the required

inspection by no later than August 11, 2006 by calling the Building Inspection hotline at 42
extension 1333. Inspection hours are 7:30am to noon and 1:00pm to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
If there are circumstances beyond your control that will prevent you from meeting this deadline please
contact my office in writing and provide an alternate date for inspection. if you have any questions
about the installation contact Michael Snook, Senior Combination Building Inspector at the above
noted telephone number.
