Dear Ms. Basa-Gill:
In response to your undated and unsigned letter received by the City today; enforcement action
against you shall continue until a new property owner assumes the responsibility for the building
code violation associated with thd referenced property. If a new person assumes ownership by
Monday June 20, 2005 there shall be no additional code enforcement action against you. If you
are still the owner by this date the City shall issue a Notice of Civil Violation and fines of
$100.00 shall be imposed until this matter is resolved to the satisfaction ofthe City.
Again, it is unfortunate that you are experiencing financial difficulties at this time however; such
financial challenges cannot preclude you from your responsibility to obtain required building
permits.
