During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:

2.11/15/06 - Please show the sidewalk on the plans and provide a distance from back of sidewalk to the
property line. I have attached for you a copy of the WSDOT right-of-way plan for this area, which indicates
an 80’ right-of-way. There is probably close to 5’ additional right-of-way behind the sidewalk.
12/8/06 – Distance from back of sidewalk to the property line has not been provided.

4.11/15/06 - Please also refer to the Plan Corrections specific to the Encroachment Permit Application and
Agreement.
12/8/06 – fence is still shown to be in the ROW, therefore an encroachment permit is required.
5.12/8/06 – The survey provided does not identify property corners for this site. Snohomish County
records show two parcels and this is not clearly reflected in the revised site plan. Also, the new west
property line is labeled as 52.87 feet, but the plan scales at 56 feet. Please revise the site plan to be
accurate with the legal description for the property and accurately show placement of structures on
site (patio, fence, power poles, etc.) in relation to the property line.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
