developer).
The east portion of the overall property contains an existing residence and
rear yard.

The westerly portion of the overall property contains the existing new ot
(for future residents).
Visual evaluation of the new lot reveals no evidence of any geotechnical
distress: no slides, no soil tension cracks, nor any evidence of erosional
degradation. The lot contains historic gardens and lawn. See photographs.
In order to evaluation sub -grade soil conditions, 2 soil pits were dug by

track hoe on August 31, 2005 under this engineer's observation. See proper y
sketch for t4st pit locations.
