Basement & foundation assessment.
The basement and foundation was assessed during the early stages of the design process. We
found it to be in good condition. The overall design does not overload the existing foundation.
The existing foundation will carry the reconfigured roof& floor system.
New footings will be added where new point loads are added to the existing slab.
