Code Section Violated:. Uniform Plumbing Code Sections 1,03 & 103.5
Description of Violation: 1) Installed gas fired hot water tank (reference plumbing pertnit #2006-
0395A) without obtaining City inspection approval and, 2) The plumbing permit expired on 11/6/06.
Corrective Action Required: Call for the required plumbing inspection by calling the Inspection
Hotline at 425-771-0220 extension 1333. Inspection hours are Monday..to Fridgy from 7:30am to 11:30
arn and 1:15vmto 3:45pm. Failure to call by the deadline below shall.result in the necessity of obtaining
a new plumbing permit with new fees.
Correction is Required no later than: 5:00pm #ime) November 27, 2006 (date)
If correction is not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the violation continues.
