2/1 - The comments below have been revised to now include approval of the access driveway for the delivery
vans. Please respond to all corrections noted, some of which are a repeat of those corrections noted in the

2/26 – Please see corrections noted below, in response to resubmittal dated 2/22/07.
2/1 - Please resubmit 3 copies of the effected civil plans to Marie Harrison.
2/26 – Civil plans have not been provided. The comments below result from review of the site plan that
was submitted on 2/22/07.
1.2/1 - A high capacity gutter, with asphalt drive approach and radius shall be installed per City standard detail
E2.27. at the delivery vehicle access.
2/26/07 – High capacity gutter not called out and COE standard detail not noted.

2.2/1 - A sign shall be placed at the entrance to the delivery vehicle access stating “Delivery Vehicles – Back in
Only”.
