Thank you for landscaping the new office building at in the
zone. In order to release the “maintenance bond” for the landscaping installed, I inspected the
property for the Planning Division and found that the following will need to be addressed before
the Planning Division review can continue.
1.Re-plant at SE corner:
The onsite landscaping looks excellent, except for an area in the SE
corner where many of the shrubs are either dead or dying. Please re-plant the dead shrubs in
this area and call me at 425.771.0220 extension 1778 for a re-inspection. When the
landscaping matches the approved plans, I will be able to “sign off” on your maintenance
bond. Refer to attached for details.
