During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Provide section view of storm detention system and water service and side sewer crossings.
2.Please submit 3 copies of the Detention System Worksheet. This worksheet can be found in the Storm
Water Management Handout #E72 (attached).
3.The drainage plan indicates the surface water runoff from the roof over the existing residence will drain to the
new detention system. The detention system has only been sized for the new impervious area. Either
separate the impervious areas or resize the detention system accordingly. If the impervious area exceeds
5000 sf the detention system must be designed and stamped by a licensed engineer.
4.Provide RIM and invert elevations at all CB’s, including the CB in the right-of-way.
5.Clearly indicate which portion of the driveway is new (proposed) and which portion is existing.
6.The silt fence shall be placed further to the north on the property to encompass the area in which the
detention system will be constructed.
7.Provide existing and proposed topography contours and label each.
8.The top and bottom of retaining wall elevations do not appear to be consistent with the topography contours
provided. Specifically sections D, E, F, G, H and N. It also appears as though the wall will need to be
stepped through a portion of this area, but the retaining wall schedule does not indicate such. Please verify
elevations provided.
9.Provide finished floor and bottom of footing elevations on the grading plan. This information will be used to
verify grading calculations. Please note that grading in excess of 500cy will require SEPA.
10.Indicate what type of retaining wall is to be constructed – keystone, poured in place, etc.
Retaining walls shall be located on private property.

11.There is a note on the plans that indicates removal of a tree & brush near the property line on Talbot. There
is also a retaining wall proposed a little to the south of that. Please indicate what you plan to do to restore
this area.
