Please resubmit 3 copies to the Development Services Coordinator. 1.Does the ‘top of wall elevation’ for wall “J” remain constant at 141 through its entire length? If not, indicate the top of wall elevations. If the wall remains at elevation141, how can you install the geo-grid, per the Geo-Tech’s report, when approximately 2/3’s of the wall is up against the property line? Also the wall would be 9’ high at the west end of the wall. 2.The total amount of excavation required to construct the retaining wall was calculated to be approximately 263.5d cy. As a result the total grading for the site exceeds 500 cy, which triggers SEPA. Since the total exceeded 500 cy, the grading quantities for the new addition were rechecked and the total excavation for the addition and the walls is 967 cy. 3.You will need to contact the Planning Division to initiate the SEPA process.
