During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
In order to connect the proposed detention system to the City of Edmonds Storyn system you shall install
two type 1L catch basins in the City right of way, one catch basin in the West side of 84th and the other
in the East side intercepting the Stonn system. Please show the required catch basins in the Site plan
along with the invert and rim elevations. The minimum pipe diameter to be used in the right of way is 8-
inches with a minimum cover of 2-ft. If the required cover cannot be met then Ductile Iron pipe shall be
used.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
