Using the RIM & invert elevations provided it appears as though there is only 6” of cover. 4.The detention pipe shall have 0.5%-1% slope. As proposed, the pipe is flat. 5.Indicate how the driveway surface water runoff is to be collected and distributed to the storm detention system. 6.The impervious surface area for this project exceeds 5000 sf. This includes the roof outline, impervious decks (including the garage), the driveway and walkways. When the impervious area exceeds 5000sf the storm detention system must be designed and stamped by a licensed engineer. Please revise the impervious area calculations to include ALL impervious surfaces. Revise the drainage plan accordingly. 7.Indicate the new driveway surface material. 8.Please note on the plans the following requirement regarding the sanitary side sewer: The City’s Public Works Dept shall TV the existing sewer lateral and determine if the line is acceptable for re-use. Public Works, Sewer Division can be reached at 425-771-0235. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
