that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:

1. Please provide a true and accurate site plan for review. Please make sure it
contains the following elements:
North Arrow:
a. Please add a north arrow to the site plan for orientation.
Street Name:
b. Please label Cedar Street on the site plan for orientation.
Property Lines:
c. Please make sure you show all property lines on the site plan so setback
distances can be verified.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through
