The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. Please submit 1 set of as-built civil drawings of the short plat. There is no indication of a 6” storm by-pass line (as
indicated on your plot plan) on the short plat civils.
2. Submit grading and erosion control plans. Grading plan needs to show the proposed grades. Based on what is
shown on the plot plan and the requirement for back and side slope cuts (unless temporary shoring is used), the total
grading is 1156 cy. Verify your SEPA quantity and adjust as necessary.
3. If temporary shoring will be used, you will need to submit a temporary shoring plan for review and possible peer
review, depending on the height and type of shoring.
4. Based on elevations on the plot plan submitted, it appears the driveway will slope toward the garage. If that is the
case, a trough drain will be required and if not provide the actual FF grade of the garage.
5. FYI: The water service to the house must be 1”, not ½” as indicated.
6. What are the pipe invert elevations at the two cb’s shown on the plot plan?
7. The side sewer location does not match the location shown on the short plat civils.
