The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
Sheet A.27
1. Rockeries that support fill can not exceed 3' in height. Please adjust the rockery elevations accordingly.

2. Indicate 3' max height for rockery in fill situation.
3. Change 4" drain pipe to 6" per City std detail.
Sheet C2
4. The minimum driveway width should be 12'. Please adjust the widths accordingly. Reverify the grade of the
driveway. Does the slope change from what you are requesting?
5. Show where the water meters for lots 2 and 2A will be located. If meters are located in driving area, the meter
box must have a traffic rated lid.
6. In reviewing the driveway grades to respond to your request for a driveway waiver.
Sheet C3
7. Since Cb D-2 is private, it cannot be placed within the City right-of-way. Suggest installing a trough drain across
the width of the driveway (at both ends) along the property line. The trough drain at the north end can be
perpendicular to the driveway and will also eliminate a dip in the driveway.
8. The water service location on this sheet does not match the location on the architectural plans.
