There 5 a breakdown in communications, I think,
The slide comes on the the neighboring property to the North only. That property is owned by the same Fong.
The city somehow d id not require me to apply for that property, When they found the error, the Fong* had to obtain a
permit forthat parcel too.. its number isBL020060708, The application is their consent . for the work.
Arn I still not understanding? If so, please let me know so I can comply.

I.The drawing does not indicate whether the slide material is on the neighboring property to the west. Does the slide
encroach onto the neighboring property? If so, what arrangernents, have been made with the neighbor to correct the
problem and the limits need to be shown on the drawing? Please provide written consent from the neighbor
authorizing Mr. Fong to work on the neighbors property.
