The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. The Geo-Tech report states that ample drainage systems should be installed behind the wall and around the
swimming pool. Show the location of those drains and where they connect into. The drains cannot connect to the
sewer line.
2. Show the location of temporary sumps and pits in the event they are needed if significant water flow is encountered
(per the geo-tech report).
3. The temporary erosion fence needs to extend along, what is presumed to be the west property line.
4. State what BMP measures will be taken. How will run off from stripped areas be handled?
5. Show the location of surficial drains around the residence and where they drain to.
6. Change the footing drain note on the section A of the drawing to indicate an 18” wide zone of free draining material
as recommended in the Geo-Tech report.
7. Show the location of the side sewer on the section views.
8. General structural notes: Change compacted fill to compacted structural fill.
9. Change note 1 to read: “ drain the pool via the pump house, before any excavation. The pool shall not be drained
directly into the sewer line cleanouts”.
