Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Thank you for providing a site plan with dimensions on it from the structure to the
property lines. However, we do need the site plan to be drawn “to-scale,” preferably one
inch equals twenty feet. Please submit a to-scale site plan.
Elevation View/Height Calculations:
2. In order to verify the height calculations provided, the
Actual Height (121.83), Average Elevation (101.15) and Maximum Elevation (126.15) need
to be included, to scale, on an elevation view. Please redline the elevation view to show
these figures.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf)
