Thank you for providing a site plan with dimensions on it from the structure to the property lines. However, we do need the site plan to be drawn “to-scale,” preferably one inch equals twenty feet. Please submit a to-scale site plan. Elevation View/Height Calculations: 2. In order to verify the height calculations provided, the Actual Height (121.83), Average Elevation (101.15) and Maximum Elevation (126.15) need to be included, to scale, on an elevation view. Please redline the elevation view to show these figures. Thank you for your cooperation.
