I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Datum Point:
1. Currently, the site plan shows the bench mark is set at 100 but what item is this datum
point? Please redline the site plan to show what item the datum point was taken from (for example, a
catch basin or a water meter).
Thank you for responding to this question, however we still need to find out what the actual point is
(a water meter, driven rebar stake, etc) – Please redline the site plan at your earliest convenience
with this information. Jenny Readwin, Plans Examiner, has also requested this information in her
