During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected
sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.

on the lower floor structural plan with point load from beam above. Still need. No posts are shown,
foundation, bearing walls, etc. It is unclear how all loads from proposed second story addition are
being carried to bearing. Provide complete framing plans showing how all loads are being carried to
bearing (beams, post size and location, bearing walls, joists, existing foundation, etc.). A complete
gravity review can not be done until this is provided. See attached handout for sample plans with
minimum submittal requirements.
