Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1) A separate demolition permit is required to demolish existing detached garage. 2) Specify datum point and elevation used to calculate height. There is a benchmark shown at the existing walkway along 3rd Ave but nothing is specified (i.e. water meter, survey pin, etc.) and no elevation is labeled. Please note on site plan. 3) Provide attic ventilation calculations and show size and location of attic access. 4) Provide general floor plan for existing house including all uses of space (note: bedrooms can not enter directly into garages). 5) Special inspections are required for the following. Complete the enclosed special inspection agreement signed by the owner, the general contractor and the special inspector and submit to the City for approval prior to issuance. 0 Field Welding
