During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. PIease redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected
sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.
1) Revised foundation plan submitted that was stamped by Wendell Reed, Engineer of Record is still not
clear. Original calculations submitted (see attached copy) shows 6 other locations where the 48x48x12
underpinned footings are required. Based on the revised plan with notes states that they may omit
continuous footings in these areas. Engineer of Record to provide calculations to justify that these
additional 48x48x12 footings originally called out are no longer required or to redline required locations
on stamped foundation plan. Plan must clearly show where underpinned footings are required.
