Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Please redline the site plan to show the proposed new exterior stairs.
Elevations:
2. Please redline the elevations to include the following figures, to scale: Average Elevation
(134.25), Maximum Elevation (153.00 – approved with variance file V-2006-18), and Actual
Elevation (??? – make sure this figure is at or remains under 153.00).
Hearing Examiner’s Decision Conditions:

a. Please confirm that the attached shed roof (as shown on a previously submitted topographic
survey) on the east side of the garage has been removed.
b. Please record a “Statement on Accessory Dwelling Units” with the County. Please find this
legal-size document attached. For your convenience either we can have it recorded for you or
you can choose to record it yourself. Fees are as follows: if you take it to the County yourself,
they will charge you $32 (please bring us back a copy along with the recording number); if you
elect to have us record it for you, we charge an additional $15 base fee for a total of $47.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or
