During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed. Please resubmit 3 copies to a Development Services Coordinator.
1.Existing parking stall in front of house and the driveway to the garages in the back must be paved the first
20’ starting from the back side of the side walk.
2.Show location of the existing power pole.
3.A driveway cut is required for the driveway to the garages in the rear. The driveway cut shall be per City
standard detail E 2.26, which can be found on the Edmonds web site under the engineering department-
engineering standard details.
4.Provide a traffic control plan for the work within the city right-of-way. Samples of traffic control plans

are in the Kiosk on the 2 floor of City Hall.
5.No parking will be allowed between the two driveways until the new driveway cut (to the garages) is
installed.
6.When were the garages constructed?
