Additional review comments for the above noted applications. Please respond in writing to each
item and include the location(s) of the changes to expedite the re -review. Please resubmit 3 sets
of plans/documents and written comments to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit Coordinator.
1. On the site and landscape plans, show the location of the parking garage that is below grade.
It cannot encroach over the property line. Dimension distances between buildings and
property lines. Also clearly show location of assumed property lines between Building 6/7
and Amenities and dimension distances between buildings and assumed property lines.
2. Show location of future pool, spa and pool deck area on garage first floor plan and second
floor plan.
