- During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected
sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.
1) Sheet A4 in the master bath references enlarged plan 1/A14. 1 was unable to locate this detail. Please
provide.
2) Plans submitted are not signed by Architect of Record. Please provide signed copies or have Architect
come sign plans on file.
3) Please specify how all loads from the post on Sheet S3 carrying the double LVL and flitch beam are
carried to bearing. It does not appear to have a footing below.
4) New sheet S9 was provided. Please reference all details to their location on the plans. I was unable to
find any S9 call outs.
